Focus 4 has grown for three decades almost entirely the old-fashioned way, clients who felt real relief telling the people they care about. No gimmicks, no membership you have to remember to cancel. Just experienced, licensed therapists who find the problem and work it.
We keep our overhead low and our location just outside the high-rent district on purpose. That's how a 55-minute session can be $79 for new clients while the work stays genuinely clinical. The value goes into the hands working on you, not a marble lobby.
Today the studio is home to 20+ licensed therapists, and Chattanooga has voted us Best of the Best four years running (2016–2019).
